The home is in a gated community in Kissimmee, Florida, right outside of Orlando, Florida- home to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Seaworld & many other attractions.
The house is located in the Emerald Island Resort & is unbelievably close to Walt Disney World! Emerald Island is situated under 2 miles to Disney ensuring stress free travel to the parks. Shops and restaurants are located within a mile. Once you have stayed in Emerald Island, you will not want to stay anywhere else!

Driving Directions: 1-4 West to Exit 64B. West on 192. Left on Formosa Gardens Blvd. Right on Funnie Steed Rd. Emerald Island will be approximately 1 mile ahead on your left.
